What’s Included

Lesson 1: Wingfoil Session (2 Hours)
Start on land with wing setup, safety, and wind awareness. Then head into the water on a SUP for live wing control drills. You’ll learn the fundamentals of handling the wing and generating power in a controlled, supportive environment.

Lesson 2: Learn to Foil – eFoil Lesson (1 Hour)
Develop your foil skills using an electric hydrofoil. This is the easiest way to learn to foil, by far! You’ll work on balance, foil control, and weight transfer so you’re confident riding a foil board before adding a wing.

Lesson 3: Wingfoiling Session (2 Hours)
Put it all together. Practice water starts, riding under wing power, and controlled turns with direct coaching. This is where it all clicks, and you get to put the wing and foil together for the first time.
